the Monarchy
The oldest section of the Federal Government, the Monarchy takes care of the day-to-day operations of government. For several years, the Emperor alone discharged these duties (see the 'Royal Family' link below). Since then, various departmental Secretaries have been added to aid in specialized tasks and comprise the Cabinet. Their contributions have prevented the Emperor from working himself to an early death and give him more time to spend on important pursuits, such as playing Age of Empires II. |
