"Iustitia aequa sub Lege"

    It is the responsibility of the Department of Justice to enforce all Federal laws.  The Secretary of Justice is the Empire's chief prosecutor and attorney.  In addition, the Department employs assisting office staff at the Executive Office Building and a corps of peace officers, known as the Marshals, who work as field officers and apprehend criminals.
