Viceroyalty of Robert |

| In 1996, Parliament
recognized a new Viceroyalty, Robert, as lands under the influence of
King Wence S. Lost, leader
of the Dragon Masters clan. For the past eight years, that land has
consisted primarily of New South Carolina in the southeastern part of the main
island. High King Lost has named his capital the Lost Island of Scotlandis. Principal
buildings in the area include Lost's palace, the Bank of Diking, the offices of
the Dikanian Military Fabrique, and the residences of Joel Orge and Joe Orge.
