Callahorn
Callahorn is an entirely pre-industrial city located on Fort Island, near the southern coast and border of Diking. The city is ruled by High King Wenceslas II, and is now the capital of the Viceroyalty of Chris. Wenceslas II is both Viceroy of Chris and ruler over Callahorn. The royal structure is intermixed with a military structure, and the two governments of Callahorn are largely separate. Although Callahorn is outwardly medieval, it maintains the finest non-Imperial army in Diking. In fact, the naval and land forces of Callahorn are larger than the Imperial Navy and Army, and are Diking's best defense. In keeping with its medieval heritage, Callahorn does not maintain an air corps. The military is equipped with both traditional and modern weapons. Callahorn recently incorporated the Imperial forces and citizens of the Chain Islands, further complicating the governmental structure. All its residents, however, enjoy living in a fairly autonomous city with unfaltering allegiance to the Imperial Dikanian Crown.
